Empowering Black youth through business, confidence, and ownership
Built To Thrive gives youth ages 14–19 hands-on entrepreneurship education through mentorship, business planning, branding, leadership development, and a final Shark Tank style presentation.

A business curriculum curated for Black youth in Philadelphia to reach their full potential. This program showcases entrepreneurship education, collects enrollments, and connects families directly with program leadership.
Young and In Business helps students strengthen confidence, leadership, communication, and ownership while learning how entrepreneurship works in real life.
Students are introduced to goal setting, business concepts, branding, networking, professionalism, and presentation skills in a way that feels relevant, affirming, and practical.
This is more than a class. It is a pathway for students to believe in their ideas, build them out, and present them boldly.

The program is designed to move students from ideas to action, helping them understand the real steps involved in building something of their own.

Students learn in a supportive environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and meaningful connection with peers and mentors.
